Sunday Services

Valentine’s Dental Offer

Our Valentine’s Day offer is for couples who can get their Dental cleaning done for only AED 198/=. Individuals can get it for AED 99/= only. This includes dental check-up, scaling and polishing. Book with our Dentists Dr Alok Mehta and Dr Vaishali Khatanhar.

Health Focus: Lose Excess Weight

Limit fizzy drinks
Don’t gulp down your food, chew slowly
Include whole grains and vegetables in your diet
Drink enough water
Don’t overdo salt
Eat lean proteins and limit fats
See your doctor to rule out any medical conditions
Avoid foods that may make you feel gassy e.g.: beans
