Co-Founder and Medical Director
As the Medical Director, Dr Menon leads the Panacea team to provide immaculate patient care and grow the number of happy patients. He ensures the medical team practices ethical evidence-based medicine and is aligned with local medical standards and laws.
He lays emphasis on latest medical advances and encourages the medical team to learn about new and unique topics from their own field as well as other medical disciplines through the “Synapse” program.
With over 30 years of healthcare experience, he transforms Panacea policies to align with Panacea’s motto “Compassionate healing and more choice” and follow quality standards as outlined by the Dubai Health Authority and Emirates International Accreditation Centre.
He is a Specialist in Paediatrics and a popular doctor in Dubai circles. He is now enjoying treating the second generation – the children of his patients who have grown up and become parents!

Sonia Satham
Co-Founder and Director Communications & Operations
Sonia is the principal executor of Panacea’s vision and likes to do things differently. She manages marketing, new initiatives and operations. She believes in win-win, a mindset she learnt during her days at Manchester Business School, UK. She is looking for valuable collaborations for Panacea that have a high impact.
She is passionate about wellness and leaves no stone unturned to make staff, patients and people in the community more aware about preventive health. She is also a certified wellness coach from Catalyst coaching, Denver, USA.
She has been running preventive health campaigns since 2011 and was instrumental in Panacea bagging the Health Award for Distinguished CSR in 2017.
She loves organising team building events that are unique and is very protective about the Panacea team!
