Welcoming New Doctors!

We are pleased to welcome three new doctors to the Panacea family who will add strength to our current team. We are delighted to reopen our Dermatology department, offer Gynaecology and Obstetrics services on Sundays, and offer more appointments in General Dentistry with the following clinicians:
• Dr Shobha Nair, Specialist Dermatology
• Dr Megha Gupta, Specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• Dr Kaveri Dadheech, General Dentist

On the joyous occasion of Eid al-Fitr, we extend our wishes for health and happiness to you and your loved ones. This special time, marking the end of Ramadan, is a special celebration.

World Health Day Initiative

The theme for World Health Day 2024 is ‘My health, my right’. In line with this initiative, we are running YOUR RIGHTFUL HEALTH SCREENING drive with tests and doctor consultations for only AED 249. You will need to come fasting for this check-up. Call 04 3582020 to book and get more details.

Complimentary Campaign

We will offer a complimentary doctor consultation, random blood sugar, blood pressure, BMI check, and a wellness coaching session every Thursday until 30 May 2024. This campaign is sponsored by Panacea Medical and Wellness Centre to create awareness about healthy habits and preventive health. Please book in advance.
 


Health Focus: 
To have a more restful sleep:
• Switch off your TV, phone, laptop, etc, which emits blue light an hour before bedtime.
• Drink tart cherry juice or camomile tea an hour before going to bed.
• Eat magnesium-rich foods like nuts and green leafy vegetables.
• Use lavender oil for its scent as a diffuser in your bedroom.
• Avoid having caffeinated beverages after sunset.
