Hypertension Day

Heart Health Campaign

Our ongoing complimentary Heart Health Campaign is in line with this year’s World Hypertension day theme of knowing your blood pressure and creating awareness about high BP. Every Tuesday from 10 am to 12 noon and 5 pm to 7 pm, you can book a complimentary consultation and BP check with Dr Vasantha Kumar, Specialist Internal Medicine and learn about parameters for good heart health.

Protect your skin from Dehydration


What is the difference between skin dryness and dehydration? To help you understand your skin better, we will host a webinar on ‘How to protect your skin from Dehydration’ on 13 June 2020 by Dr Moutusi, Specialist Dermatologist. Health Focus: Boosting Immunity

It is more important than ever before to increase your immunity now. Follow these steps to boost your immunity:

  • Eat a balanced diet and include a wide variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet every day.
  • Prevent infection by following hand, respiratory and general hygiene, and maintaining a social distance of 2 meters.
  • Get all due vaccinations including flu shots and travel vaccinations as applicable.
  • Dwell on positive emotions and distract yourself from fear, anxiety, and stress.
  • Get your daily dose of moderate exercise for 30 to 45 minutes five times a week to maintain a healthy weight.
  • Get 7 hours of sleep and drink enough water so you are well-rested and hydrated.
