Welcome to the Feb 2024 edition of Your Health, Your Wellness, Your Panacea, Panacea Medical & Wellness Centre’s monthly newsletter! We are a multi-specialty clinic with an ISO-compliant lab and we offer services in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Reproductive Medicine and Infertility, Wellness, Speech Therapy, General & Cosmetic Dentistry, Periodontics & Implantology, Orthodontics, Vaccinations and Pathology are supported by an in-house ISO 15189:2012 compliant Medical Laboratory.

Sunday Services

We have extended the timings of our services for our patients and their families. Our Paediatric and Orthodontics services will now be available on Sundays. Please call 04 3582020 to book an appointment with Dr K R Menon, Specialist Paediatrics, and Dr Varun Jain, Specialist Orthodontics.

Valentine’s Dental Offer

Our Valentine’s Day offer is for couples who can get their Dental cleaning done for only AED 198/=. Individuals can get it for AED 99/= only. This includes dental check-up, scaling and polishing. Book with our Dentists Dr Alok Mehta and Dr Vaishali Khatanhar.

Health Focus: Lose Excess Weight

Limit fizzy drinks
Don’t gulp down your food, chew slowly
Include whole grains and vegetables in your diet
Drink enough water
Don’t overdo salt
Eat lean proteins and limit fats
See your doctor to rule out any medical conditions
Avoid foods that may make you feel gassy e.g.: beans
