We are pleased to welcome Dr Alok Mehta, MDS and Dr Manoj Chandran, MD.
Dr Alok is a Specialist in Dentistry – Periodontology & Implantology who is an addition to the existing staff in Dentistry which will now be open from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm, Sat to Thu.
Dr Manoj is a Specialist in Paediatrics who is an addition to the existing staff in our Paediatric Department which will now be open from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm from Sat to Thu and also 4.30 pm to 8.30 pm on Friday!

HEALTH FOCUS: AVOID SITTING FOR LONG HOURS!

Please do not sit for prolonged hours either at your desk or in front of the television! Not even in the car or public transport.
Sitting too much increases the risk of metabolic syndrome and obesity. It also increases the risk of death by cardiovascular disease.
Adopt the following practices to avoid sitting for long:
- Walk while talking on the phone
- Get up every 30 minutes when sitting
- Swap viewing time in front of a screen for an activity that involves moving
- Walk to your colleague’s desk rather than e-mailing
- Get a standing desk if possible

Panacea Medical & Wellness Centre is launching a “Walk with us” campaign on Wednesday, 7 Feb 2018 at the ground floor of the clinic at 7 pm.
The Panacea staff will brisk walk for 30 minutes to create awareness about the importance of exercise for good health.
Join us on this day and every Wednesday thereafter to brisk walk for 30 minutes to improve your health from 7 pm to 7.30 pm.
