  • Manage your stress by taking breaks, resting, socialising and pursuing a hobby
  • Eat fibre-rich foods including fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans
  • Limit red meat, processed foods, foods high in sugar and salt and saturated & trans fats
  • Avoid nicotine and second-hand smoke from cigars, cigarettes, vapes and shisha
  • Walk briskly, jog, cycle, play sports or dance for at least 30 minutes, 5 times a week
