Know Your Risk,
Know Your Response

The 2023 World Diabetes Day campaign focuses on the importance of knowing your risk of type 2 diabetes to help delay or prevent the condition and highlight the impact of diabetes-related complications to ensure that timely treatment is sought.

We are offering a free Fasting Blood Sugar test and distributing awareness leaflets from 14 Nov to 18 Nov 2023. You need to come fasting for 10 hours for this test, so please book a morning appointment by calling 04 3582020.

International Men’s Day

This day is celebrated on 19 Nov every year to raise awareness regarding men’s well-being. We want to encourage men to take care of their physical health and are offering a 50% discount on the annual health check that tests body parameters, including PSA, from 1 to 30 Nov 2023.

We also want to urge men to speak to someone if they are feeling stressed, whether it be a friend, family member, colleague, or one of our doctors so that their mental health improves. If it is a serious matter, we urge you to seek professional help.

Improving Health & Work-Life Balance

In order to maintain a good quality of life, awareness is increasing to improve overall health through exercise, healthy eating, adequate sleep, and developing positive lifestyle habits. Book a personal wellness assessment and coaching session this month for AED 250 only.
