Vitamin D Check

Vitamin D deficiency is very common in the Middle East even though we are blessed to see the sun everyday! A lack of Vitamin D causes a loss in bone density, muscle weakness, fatigue and even depression! People who have little sun exposure, are overweight or have darker skin are more likely to be Vit D deficient. Check your Vit D levels for only AED 99 this month.

Validity: from 1 to 30 June 2024.

Health Focus:Avoid Dehydration
Feeling thirsty, fatigued, dizzy or having a headache, muscle cramps or dark coloured pee are all signs that you may be dehydrated! Avoid dehydration by consuming adequate water and fluids throughout the day, eating fruits and veggies that have a high water content like melons, leafy greens and tomatoes, don’t go out in the heat unless very necessary and drink electrolyte-replacement beverages after exercise.
