Eid Mubarak!

We wish you and your family a blessed Eid-Al-Fitr!

To serve you better during the Eid weekend, we will only be closed on
Sunday, 1 May and Monday, 2 May 2022. We will remain open for the rest
of the Eid Al Fitr break.
 

 

Serenity Wellness Retreat

We are organising this wellness retreat on 28-29 May 2022 at Radisson Blu, Al Aqah Beach, Fujairah, in association with Luxura Spa.

World Hypertension Day

To mark World Hypertension Day on 17 May
2022, we will provide a complimentary blood pressure check and
distribute Hypertension awareness leaflets on this day. This year’s
theme is “Measure Your Blood Pressure Accurately, Control It, Live Longer”.

 

 

World No Tobacco Day

You now have one more reason to quit! On
the occasion of World No Tobacco Day on 31 May 2022, the WHO has
announced this year’s global campaign “Tobacco: Threat to our environment”, highlighting the environmental impact of tobacco from cultivation, production, distribution and waste.

 

HEALTH FOCUS: RELAXATION  

Follow these simple steps to improve your health with relaxation:
  • Exercise moderately for at least 30 minutes five times a week
  • Sleep for 7 to 8 hours every night
  • Meditate daily for 10 minutes
  • Stretch with Yoga or Tai Chi once or twice a week
  • Practice deep breathing for a few minutes each day
  • Get an aromatherapy massage done
  • Visit a park/beach to get close to nature or visualise a calming place
