Shilna looks after you, our dear patients, while you are waiting to see your doctor. Reach out to her in case you feel pain or have any emergency or need help with something in our waiting lounge.
With more than 13 years of experience as a nurse and having taught Nursing to students, she is empathetic to patients and capable of putting patients at ease.
Shilna is part of our team for preventive health awareness events as well. Hailing from Kannur in India, she has two lovely children and balances her work and being a mom perfectly. She loves listening to music and travelling in her free time.

Health Insurance Coordinator
Sharal resolves your queries related to insurance coverage and gets the approval for all the tests and procedures as per the guidelines of the health insurance companies.
She ensures you get the top service having worked in hospitals and clinics in India and the UAE, both as a nurse and an insurance co-ordinator, for more than a decade. She has a good idea about your network and eligibility and can guide you on what is covered and what is not.
Sharal is from Mangalore in India. A mom to two cute children she loves to do gardening and listening to music in her spare time.

Jefflyn registers you at our front office and answers any queries you may have about tests, prices, promotions, and events at Panacea. We are trying to build the Panacea community through our coffee and Q&A sessions with doctors and preventive health initiatives. Her expertise lies in customer service. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration and experience in the hotel and travel sectors, patience is the cornerstone of her work.
She is from Goa, India. She likes to volunteer and read books in her spare time.
