January – Dr Moutusi conducted a Preventive Dermatology Seminar.
February – Panacea launched its Heart Health Campaign where patients were provided Complimentary BP checks and Consultation by Dr Vasantha Kumar, Specialist Internal Medicine on how to maintain ideal heart health.

March: Panacea Team celebrated its 9th Anniversary at Bab Al Shams.
April: Daily Sanitisation Service & other Safety Protocols for COVID-19 implemented at the clinic. Dr Menon also conducted a seminar regarding the Dos and Don’ts of COVID-19.

June – Dr Moutusi conducted an Online seminar on ‘How to protect Skin from Dehydration’.

July: Free dental consultations offered to all paediatric patients to promote dental health amongst children.
August: Discounted vaccinations offered to paediatric patients to promote immunity.

September – Panacea passed the EIAC audit and renewed the Lab ISO 15189:2012 accreditation. 
October – Complimentary examinations done for patients by Dr Ruma & Dr Anjana to promote Breast Cancer Awareness.

November: Panacea signed up Life Pharmacy as it’s affiliate to provide free vouchers to its patients on purchase of medicines.
December: Panacea staff start a new daily initiative ‘The Team Huddle’ to improve patient services.
