WOMEN’S DAY PROMOTION

We are offering you a PAP test for only AED 99/= to mark International Women’s Day on 8 Mar 2026. This test helps to identify abnormal cells in the cervix, thereby enabling early treatment and prevention of cervical cancer. The PAP test is recommended for women between the ages of 21 and 65 years.

We are supporting Women’s preventive health this month. Please book with Dr Shilpa Mhatre, Specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

HEALTH FOCUS : EAT FIBRE FOR GUT HEALTH
To improve gut health:

• Include sources of soluble fibre like oats, fruits and beans in your diet

• Eat foods rich in insoluble fibre like whole grains, vegetables, potatoes and nuts

• If you don’t currently eat much fibre, increase fibre intake gradually to avoid bloating

• Remember to have plenty of water and fluids every day for fibre to work best

• Adults should consume 20 to 30 grams of fibre everyday

• Eat a balanced diet that includes carbs, proteins, healthy fats, and probiotics

• Check with your physician before making changes to your diet, especially if taking medication.
