We have a direct billing facility with our health insurance affiliates. We are affiliated with both Health Insurance Companies and Third Party Administrators that are listed on this page.
Insurance companies and TPA’s have different types of cards that determine which network they cover. For example, gold network or silver network etc. Please check if your card is valid on the day of your appointment and make a note of the network listed on your card, if any. Kindly check if your network is covered by calling us on 04 358 2020.
Please check with your insurance company or TPA whether or not your policy covers vaccinations and dental treatments. In certain cases, we may be required to take a pre-approval for treatment.
If your health insurance company is not listed, we are able to provide you a reimbursement form that you can claim directly from your insurer.
